Drink-driving

Carol Anne Woodard, 54, of Chapel Close, Chapel St Leonards. Drove on the A52, at Friskney, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 127 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, disqualified from driving for 20 months, £85 costs.

Mindaugas Vitunskas, 28, of Margaret Drive, Boston. Drove on St Nicholas Close, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

David Alan Humberstone, 53, of Green Lane, Algharkirk. At Gosberton, drove on Gosberton Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion if it in breath equalled 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Michael Lovewell, 41, of Lealand Way, Boston. At Skendleby, drove on Skegness Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £125 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

No specimen

Stasys Jasas, 46, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Tomasz Golebiowski, 37, Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Kirton, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Joaquim Jose Mendes Coelho, 43, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Assault

Mariusz Zablocki, 35, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At West Street, committed assault by beating. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Shona Chitauro, 18, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £30 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Behaviour

Alan Ambotas, 18, of Grosvenor Road, Frampton. At Skegness, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another and your conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness to fear for his personal safety. Committed to detention for 18 weeks suspended for two years, to include curfew requirement for six months, a supervision requirement for two years and 100 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joseph George Orrell, 23, of Marshall Close, Fishtoft. At Skegness, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another and your conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for two years, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Daniel Martyn Robinson, 22, of Margaret Drive, Boston. At Tennyson Close, Boston. Had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, quantity of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Christopher Early, 21, of Seadyke Road, Kirton. At London Road, Kirton, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £190 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs and paraphernalia to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Lewis Jay Nicholls, 30, of Almond Walk, Boston. At Boston, stole coffee to the value of £15 belonging to One Stop Shop, of Eastwood Road, at Boston, stole meat to the value of £50 belonging to Coop Store, in Skirbeck. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation requirement, £50 fine, £60 victim surcharge.

Trespass

Konrad Razewski, 37, of Orchard Street, Boston. At Boston, were in a residential building on Edwin Street, and having entered as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building, at Boston, were in a residential building on Pulvertoft Lane and having entered it as a trespasser, lived or intended to live in the building. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Leonardas Kanasevicius, 20, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston drove on Skirbeck Road, Boston, without insurance. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aleksejs Pertnikovs, 30, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Main Ridge East, while unfit to drive through drugs. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Keith Victor Sheppard, 65, of St Swithins Close, Bicker. Speeding on Caster High Street, at Tealby. £90 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs, licence endorsed by three points.

Numan Ahmed, 19, of Thorn Lane, Leeds. Speeding on the A17 Westbound, Swineshead Bridge. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed by five points.

Anthony Edward Pygott, 55, of Thomas Middlecott Drive, Kirton. Speeding on the A17 at Asgarby. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Benjamin Joseph Ruck, 27, of Princess Road, Kirton. Driving on the A16 Main Road, without due care and attention. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Joanne Lee Sykes, 30, of Tower Road, Boston. Speeding on Horncastle Road, Boston. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Drink and
disorderly

Robin James Lighton Woodward, 32, of West End Road, Frampton. At Boston, on Church Street, were guilty while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Failure to 
comply

Andrzej Adamczyk, 54, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
