Daumantas Zdanevicuius, 30, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £100 fine, £180 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Valerijs Grosevs, 34, of Linden Way, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for six months, restraining order made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Juris Ansons, 48, of Beaurepaire Park, Bramley, Tadley. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating. Community order made to include activity requirement in an individual domestic abuse module, and a supervision requirement, £250 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Carolyn Cross, 53, of Valentine Stables, Leverton. Speeding on Rawsons Lane, Boston. £65 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Lukas Grinius, 20, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Moulton, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle, owing to the presence of which on High Street, Moulton, an accident occured whereby personal injury was caused to another person and damage to a Smart car and fence, failed to stop, drove without due care and attention, drove without a licence, drove without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £35 costs, disqualified from driving for six months, £100 fine, £100 fine.

Petras Siksnius, 23, of Edwin Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road, without a licence, without insurance. £65 fine, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Theft

Simon Andrew Bisby, 38, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, stole skin cream to the value of £9.99 belonging to Boots. £5 compensation.

Janis Diks, 26, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole a toolbox and ladder of a value unknown, two charges of commissioning a further ofence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months for offences of theft. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 23, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, stole three Blu-ray discs to a value unknown belonging to Cash Generators, and stole six blu ray discs of a value unknown belonging to Cash Generators. Community order made, to include a supervision requirement, £53 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jose Andrade, 38, of Granville Street, Boston. At Asda, stole various food and drinks to the value of £27.53 belonging to Asda. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

At Co-op store, Kirton, stole groceries to the value of £18.76, at Co-op , Kirton, stole various groceries to the value of £26, at Co-op Kirton, stole Finish washing tablets to the value of £47.94 belonging to Co-op, at Co-op Store, West Street, Boston, stole a gammon joint to the value of £5. Community order made to include a supervision requirement for 12 months, £18.76 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £26 compensation, £47.94, £5 compensation.

Ugis Gustavsons, 40, of Pipe Office Lane, Boston. At Lime Walk, Long Sutton, stole cash to the value of £700 belonging to Hallgate Timber. Community order made to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £388 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £500 costs.

Piotr Stanislaw Dlugosz, 43, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Boston, jointly with another, stole curtain tie backs to the value of £36, belonging to Oldrids, at Boston, not being at a place of abode, had an article for use in the course of, or in connection with theft, namely a Stanley knife blade. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, blade to be forfeited and destroyed.

Lukasz Labiszak, 30, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Boston, not being at a place of abode had an article for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely a Stanley Knife. £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, Stanley Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Darius Lukosevicius, 29, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston, stole beauty products to the value of £49.96 belonging to Tk Maxx. Two charges of commissioning a further offence while subject to conditional discharges for two years and 12 months respectively for three offences of theft. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Breach of peace

Piotr Karas, 35, of Paddock Grove, Boston. In Lincoln, behaved in a manner whereby a breach of the peace had been committed and application made for an order to enter into a recognisance with or without sureties to keep the peace. Bound over in the sum of £100 for three months.

disorderly

Kayleigh Katrina Gilchrist, 26, of Woodside Road, Kirton. At Edinburgh Drive, Kirton, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour, assaulted a constable in the execution of their duty. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs £40 fine, £60 compensation.

Sandus Cica, 22, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, on George Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £42.50 costs.

Argis Putrasevics, 20, of Sidney Street, Boston. On George Street, Boston, was guilty, while drunk of disorderly behaviour, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by North Cambridgeshire Magistrates’ Court. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £20 fine.

Drink-driving

Mariusz Wlodarcyk, 34, of Horseshoe Lane, Kirton. At Boston, drove on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrames of alcohol in 100 millilitres (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Edgars Vitols, 26, of Wide Bargate, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £240 fine, £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Threatening 
behaviour

Valdas Alminas, 21, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause him to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person. Committed to prison for four weeks. At Boston stole a bottle of whisky to the value of £13.99, belonging to B&M Bargains. Committed to prison for eight weeks forthwith.

Obstruction

Nuno Miguel Ferreira Ramos, 37, of Friars Gate, Boston. At Woodville Road, Boston, obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty, at Boston used a motorvehicle on Woodville Road without insurance, and without a licence. £110 fine, £160 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from for six months, £50 fine.
