Drink-driving

Andrius Samavicius, 24, St Paul’s Road, Peterborough. Drove on Spalding Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £240 fine, £24 victim surcharge, £60 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Stephen Campbell, 26, of Redmile Walk, Peterborough. At Sutterton, drove on the A16, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Behaviour

Justina Swaitek, 20, of Norfolk Place, Boston. At Boston, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

James Alexander Roofe, 26, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Bridge Street, Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

Theft

Ryan James Whiley, 20, of Mount Pleasant, Sleaford. At Boston, stole food to the value of £22.44 belonging to Tesco, posession of a small amount of cannabis. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Viktors Miholevics, 41, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole two joints of meat to the value of £10 belonging to Co-op, on West Street. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, time served in custody.

Drugs

Valentins Selepjonoks, 40, of Thorold Street, Boston. At Boston, had posession of two syringes full of liquidised amphetamine, drove on Norman Avenue without a licence, failed to stop vehicle having been required to do so by a constable in uniform. £190 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Assault

Kacper Grzelak, 18, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty, at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

Paul Teft, 30, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Chestnut Road, Boston, committed assault by beating. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Fraud

Andrew Seward, 30, of Morris Gardens, Skegness. At Boston committed fraud, in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely the debit card you presented to pay for goods was one which you had unlawful authority to use, intending to make a gain, namely for youself, possession of jewellery, at Boston dishonestly received stolen goods, naley a Nat West debit card, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods, at Skegness, had posession of a quantity of cannabis. Committed to prison for three months concurrent, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Piotr Stoklosa, 50, of Wellingtonia Park, Boston. At London Road, Boston, drove while disqualified and drove without insurance. £310 fine, £31 victim surcharge, £60 costs, disqualified from driving for one year.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Sigitas Noreika, 53, of Field Street, Boston. At Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

Loren Kendall, 48, of Royal Way, Fishtoft. At Boston, in Central Park, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £35 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Kaspars Ceblis, 33, of Edwin Street, Boston. On John Adams Way, Boston, having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis thereof failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.
