Breach of order

Sebastian Marcin Rzeczkowksi, 37, of York Street, Boston. At Boston, three times without reasonable excuse contacted someone he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Lincoln Crown Court. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Take without consent

Sam William Newton, 18, of Deldale Road, Wyberton. At Boston, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, took a vehicle for the use of himself or another and before it was recovered, owing to the driving of the vehicle, an accident occured by which damage of less than £5,000 was caused to property other than the vehicle, namely a garden fence, drove without insurance, drove without a licence. Discharged conditionally for 24 months, £200 compensation, disqualified for 12 months, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink driving

Vitalijs Fjodorovs, 36, of Hessle Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 85 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Gediminas Anisimovas, 31, of Park Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on West Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £210 fine, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Assault

Ramunas Gaizutis, 44, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Boston, twice committed assault. Community order made to include a supervision requirement for 12 months and 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £400 costs.

Charles Malcolm Pinchbeck, 45, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include a drug rehabilitation requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Scott Stanley Jobson, 36, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole razor and blades to the value of £23, belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy. £40 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £25 costs.

Motoring

Dr Francisco Jose Barbosa, 28, of Saddlers Way, Fishtoft. Speeding on the A52 at Grantham. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Norman Saunderson, 80, of Burghlee Crescent, Loanhead, Midlothian. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Susan Tulip, 34, of Bennett Street, Long Eaton. At Kirton used a vehicle without insurance on Willington Road. £150 fine, £200 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ross Adair, 25, of Spilsby Road, New Leake. Speeding on the A52 at Wrangle. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Colin Niall Avison, 55, of Tigh An Clachair, East Clyne, Brora Sutherland. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Neill Priest-Fletcher, 43, of Earlham Court, Heigham Grove, Norwich. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Ilmar Kokorevics, 46, of Creaseyplot Lane, Swineshead. At Swineshead, drove on Boston Road without a licence. £55 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Aleksejs Sipilovs, 32, of York Street, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on Lister Way, without insurance. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Alexander Thomas Julian Gepp, 25, of Church Road, Stanmore. At Boston, used on the A52, a vehicle constucted to carry no more than eight seate passengers when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre were not of a depth of at least 1.66mm. Discharged conditionally for three months, £15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Possession

Joshua Dennis Wong, 23, of Tennyson Close, Boston. At Boston, two counts of possession of a small quantity of cannabis, commission of a further offence during a suspended for the original offence under section four of the public order act. Committed to prison for four weeks forthwith to run concurrent, four further weeks consecutive and suspended sentence of 16 weeks as a sentence of 14 weeks (18 weeks total), cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
