Assault

Michael Ayton, 32, of Meridian Road, Boston. Committed assault by beating. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Basil Newark, 70, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Pilgrim Hospital, committed assault by beating. £105 fine, £45 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

Drugs

David Chambers, 51, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, produced six plants of cannabis, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Hayley Hudson, 28, of King Street, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of diamorphine a controlled drug of class A. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Theft

Darius Lukosevicius, 29, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of vodka and a pack of three boxer shorts to the value of £26 belonging to Asda, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Two year conditional discharge. Stole beer and cider, to the value of £12.45 belonging to Co-Op stores. Two year conditional discharge, £12.45 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Rimantas Makarevicius, 24, of Park Road, Boston. At Boston, stole an electric razor to the value of £63.97 belonging to Asda. Three month suspended prison sentence, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephanie Melinda Baggaley, 42, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole two bottles of Jack Daniels (whisky) to the value of £40 belonging to Co-Op, on Wide Bargate, at Co-Op on Skirbeck Road, Boston, stole six bottles of Champagne and three air fresheners to the value of £42.88. Committed to prison for three months concurrent. At Boston, stole various goods to the value of £157.91 belonging to B&M Bargains. Committed to prison for three months consecutive.

Aleksandrs Aleksandrovs, 22, of London Road, Boston. At Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £3.99 belonging to B&M Bargains. 12 months conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £50 costs.

Grzegorz Kiedio, 31, of Witham Gardens, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £23.70 belonging to Asda. £35 fine, detained in the courthouse until the court rose.

Raimond Kaicenko, 39, of Portland Street, Boston. A Boston, stole perfume to the value of £46.99, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order for four offences of theft. Committed to prison for one week concurrent, suspended sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment imposed.

Sexual offences

Vincent Harry Hunt, 43, of Tawney Street, Boston. At Tawney Street, Boston, intentionally exposed genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Two year conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Sergejs Darokckihs, 35, of Reams Close, Fishtoft. At Boston, drove on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove while disqualified, commissioned a further offence during a suspended sentence order for the original offences of driving while disqualified and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis . Committed to prison for three months concurrent, suspended sentence of two months imprisonment imposed, disqualified from driving for three years.

Arturs Mellis, 26, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Queen Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equaled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Failure to comply

Robert Wolinski, 27, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Failed, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failed to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue with new requirement to carry out 210 hours unpaid work - 10 hours added for breach.

Motoring

Dariusz Baranowski, 49, of Carlton Road, Boston. Speeding on Langrick Road, Wildmore. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.
