Daniel Lee Smith, age unknown, of Page Close, Sibsey. At Page Close, Sibsey, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Assault

Antonia Danielle Hickman, 20, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. At Boston committed assault by beating, at Market Place Boston, caused harrassment, alarm or distress, while in Boston Borough Council Area while prohibited from doing so by an anti-social behaviour order. Community order made including a 19 days thinking skills cource, a supervision requirement for 18 months and 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply
