Taking without Consent

James Oliver Turrell, 23, of Curtis Drive, Coningsby. At Coningsby, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a conveyance, for the use of youself or another, drove without a licence and without insurance. £80 fine, £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months. Application to reopen case for offence of no insurance granted. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Motoring

Petras Cipas, 52, of Tower Street, Boston. On the A52 Wainfleet Road, Boston, drove while disqualified and without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 cost, licence endorsed with six points.

Rokas Baksys, 29, of Broadfield lane, Boston. At Welby, speeding on the A52. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Armondas Bieliuskas, 29, of Norfolk Place, Boston. Speeding on Eastwood Road, Boston. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Geoffrey Kirk, 81, of Fishtoft Road, Fishtoft. Speeding at Bunkers Hill. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Tomasz Swiech, of Fenside Road, Boston. Speeding on the A52 at Croft. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Drink-driving

Dariusz Piotr Kajda, 34, of Lime Grove, Boston. At Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportionof it in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £170 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Valerijs Makarovs, 36, of Carver Road, Boston. Drove on West Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Christopher Charles Parker, 28, Chapel Lane, Mareham-le-Fen. At Boston, drove in Pump Square, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 93 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Robin James Lighton Woodward, 31, of West End Road, Frampton. At Archers Lane, Algarkirk, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion equalled 119 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of urine (legal limit 35). £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £400 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Robert Bialek, 32, of Forbes Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 105 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), at Boston, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road, an accident occured whereby damage was caused to property forming part of the land on which the road was situated or land adjacent to it. £480 fine, £48 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Theft

Grzegorz Kiedio, 31, of No Fixed Abode. At Oldrids Store stole a bottle of Armani aftershave to the value of £49. Detained in the courthouse, detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Daniel Paul Nichols, 23, of Tattershall Road, Boston. At Boston, stole a number of computer games to the value of £219.95 belonging to Game store. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Sean Steven Celvin Fletcher, 25, of Duke Street, Boston. At Boston, stole Parker pen and DVDs to the value of £41.77 belonging to WH Smith, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for theft. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ian John Barwick, 37, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, stole four CCTV cameras belonging to Archway Centre, commissioned a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for going equipped. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 16 weeks suspended for 12 months imposed to run consecutively. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence. Order to continue with varied requirement to attend drug rehabilitation.

Grzegorz Kiedio, 31, of no fixed abode. At Asda, Boston, stole various items of clothing to the value of £55. Discharged conditionally for three months, £15 victim surcharge, no order for costs.

Drugs

Michael William Benson, 39, of Tennyson Gardens, Horncastle. At Boston, had posession of a quantity of cannabis, at Boston, drove on London Road without insurance and without a licence. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed, £110 fine, licence endorsed with six points.

Barry Maltby, 32, of Dennis Esate, Kirton. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, grinder forfeited and destroyed. Had possession of a quantity of MKAT and failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Police Station. No separate penalty.

Assault

Andrzj Siemienczuk, 48, Carver Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

John Walter Scott McKenna, 43, of Sandygate Crescent, Old Leake. Committed assault by beating, at Old Leake, without lawful excuse, damaged a towel rail. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, no order for compensation made.

Criminal damage

Shane Leigh Brown, 29, of Leverett Road, Boston. At Elmwood Avenue, Boston, without lawful excuse damaged a patio door and handles. Discharged conditionally for six months, restraining order made, £160 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £495 costs.

Failure to comply

Kristaps Meduneckis, 25, of Southend Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments on two dates and failing to provide an acceptable explanation, dealt with for the original offence of using a fake Latvian driving licence. New community order made to carry out unpaid work for 90 hours in the next 12 months.

Fraser Calum Darley, 43, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Spalding, without reasonable excuse, failed to comply with a requirement imposed by a constable not to consume in Commercial Road something which was or which the constable reasonably believed to be alcohol. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs,

Fear of violence

Boguslaw Grzyb, 54, of no fixed abode. Between October 28, 2013 and October 30, 2013, caused someone to fear that violence would be used against them by a course of conduct which you knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to them on each occasion. Committed to prison for 10 weeks , restraining order made, £400 costs.
