Failure to comply

Henryk Marian Czerwinski, 53, of Bradford Road, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Jason Martin, 26, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Skegness Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend three appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact. Order to continue, varied to include a compliance activity for five days.

Motoring

Andrez Antoni Piatek, 49, of Carlton Road, Boston. Speeding on the M5 between junctions 27 and 26 nothbound. £210 fine, £21 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six points.

Drink driving

Peter McCormack, 32, of Rosemary Gardens, Bourne. At Boston, drove on Spilsby Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Anatolijus Gurskas, 36, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion equalled 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Bernado Jose Varela Diaz, 48, of Redbourne Terrace, Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Lee David Ranshaw, 32, of Swineshead Road, Wyberton Fen. At Boston, drove on Queen Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove while disqualified and without insurance. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for two years, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Drunk and 
Disorderly

Sandris Kelpe, 41, of Park Road, Boston. At Park Road, Boston, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Thomas Neil Roberts, 23, of Pell Place, Boston. At Fenside Road, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged the driver’s side window of a Mercedes Sprinter to the value of £75. £75 compensation.

Assault

Toms Ozols, 24, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At West Street, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, at Boston, assaulted a detention officer acting in the execution of his duty. £170 fine, £100 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Adrian Sobczak, 29, of Rectory Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £300 fine, £100 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Obstruction

Zilvinas Saulys, 24, of Sinclair Close, Boston. At Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. £225 fine. At Boston, drove on Pen Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of breath equalled 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Theft

Darius Lukosevicius, 29, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Co-op Stores, on West Street, Boston, stole a bottle of wine valued at £7.49, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for 12 months.
