Drink-driving

Ann Smith, 42, of St Marys Way, Old Leake. Found with 293 milligrammes of alcohol in 10 millilitres of blood. Driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £450 fine, £15 victms surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 30 months.

Justas Kibickas, 23, of Saddlers Way, Fishtoft. Found with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath Driving without insurance. £600 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

○The legal limits are 80 milligrammes of alchohol in 100 millilitres of blood and 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

Damage

Sam Jack Truepenny, 24, of Temple Passage, Boston. Damaging a car wing mirror of unknown value, breaching a conditional discharge. Conditional discharge to continue for 12 months, £78 compensation, £85 costs.

Breach of peace

Stacey Baker, 24, of Franklin Close, Boston. Behaved in a manner whereby breach of the peace was likely to be occassioned. Bound over for £50.

Theft

Radza Kozlovskis, 32, of Irby Street, Boston. Nine counts of theft, seven in Boston, one in Blackpool and one in Oldham. Committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Sexual offences

Shane Ronald Dawson, 31, of Duke Street, Boston. Two counts of intentionally touching a woman aged over 16 and that touching was sexual when she did not consent. £400 fine, £100 compensation, £50 costs.
