A 35-year-old man appeared at court yesterday morning (Tuesday) following an incident on a rooftop in Boston on Easter Sunday.
Mariusz Zablocki, of Red Lion Street, Boston appeared before District Judge John Stobart at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.
He is charged with two counts of assault and issuing threats to kill on April 19, as well as threats to commit violence to another on April 20.
Zablocki appeared before the judge on crutches as he has broken his leg and spoke through a Polish interpreter.
No pleas were entered.
Judge Stobart refused bail and sent Zablocki to Lincoln Crown Court for a pre-trial hearing on May 6.
He had been arrested following an incident in High Street on Sunday.
There was a heavy police presence in the area (above) after reports of a man on a roof.The road was closed off from about 2.25pm to about 6pm.
