Police investigating 'firework damage'

POLICE believe fireworks have caused damage to properties around Boston.

A fire was reported at around 7.30pm last Monday in a play area in a park known as ‘The Pit’ in Elizabeth Road, Boston.

It is believed a firework was set off close to the green tunnel at the play area, causing it to ignite.

In Eastwood Road, Boston, in the early hours last Tuesday a telephone kiosk was damaged by what police believe was the use of a firework being set off inside.
