Prisoner '˜known to use dating websites' to find places to stay

Police are appealing for help to find a Boston man, '˜known to use dating websites to meet women for the purposes of finding places to stay'.

Allan Campbell, 42, has been recalled to prison to complete a sentence which he is carrying out for an offence of burglary.

Originally from Boston, Lincolnshire Police said he is thought to have recently been in the West Yorkshire area but may also have travelled to South Yorkshire and Northamptonshire.

A statement said: “Campbell is known to use dating websites to meet women for the purposes of finding places to stay.”

Anyone with information, who may know Campbell’s whereabouts or who may have encountered him online on a dating site, should call DC Sarah Potts at Lincolnshire Police by calling 101 and asking for extension 2351.

Those living outside Lincolnshire, should wait to hear the other force options when dialling 101.
