UPDATE FRIDAY NOON: Asbestos warning after farm building fire in Gosberton Clough

People living near a farm building fire in Gosberton Clough are being advised to keep doors and windows closed after asbestos was found at the site today.

Four sets of fire crews are at the scene of the blaze in First Drove, near Clough and Risegate Community Primary School, where an agricultural building with machinery and pallets inside, went up in flames at about 9am.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus brought the blaze under control using water jets and both the Environment Agency and Anglian Water have been notified about the fire.

Reports are coming in of a fire involving farm buildings in Gosberton Clough.

Fire crews are at the scene of the blaze in First Drove, near Clough and Risegate Community Primary School.
