Meet Toby the tongue-wagging terrier attracting attention in Boston – just don’t mistake the peculiar pooch’s look for rudeness.

Owner Ken Stray, from Butterwick, said the dog lost teeth on one side in an accident with previous owners, so his tongue now constantly pokes out.

“He’s so friendly because he’s used to children stopping in the street to pet him and ask about him,” said Ken.
