Martin’s on missionary mission

A FORMER Boston Grammar School physics teacher is on a mission to provide simple-to-read versions of the Bible to people across the globe.

Martin Lloyd, an ex-Holy Trinity youth leader, is behind the Easy Bibles scheme, a worldwide campaign to provide the Bible to those who find reading difficult. Since 1998, 70-year-old Martin - formerly a Coningsby Baptist minister - has provided translated Bibles to people in China, Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia and Turkey, after originally selling the holy book on Boston market in the 70s.
