Traffic through Boston was held up last night after two collisions caused blockages on the roads.
Two cars collided on John Adams Way, at the junction with Liquorpond Street, at around 4.55pm, causing a minor blockage on the main road which lasted for about an hour.
A gold Lexus and a black Vauxhall Zafira were involved in the collision. The driver of the Lexus, a 66-year-old man from Lincoln, was reported for driving without due care and attention. Neither he, nor the 49-year-old Boston woman driving the Vauxhall, were injured.
Issues were also caused at a similar time on the other side of town, when two vehicles collided on the bridge near Pilleys Lane. Traffic was blacked for some time until the police arrived.
Nobody was injured in the collision, which involved a white Kia cee’d and a blue Suzuki Ignis.
