DAVID Little, of Causeway, Wyberton, has died at Pilgrim Hospital aged 62.
Born in Gateshead, County Durham, he had lived in this area for 38 years.
A married man, he leaves wife Pamela, daughter Emma-Jane Dickinson, son Spencer Little, grandson William Dickinson, cousins, sister Jacqueline Gilmour and brother Nigel Little.
Mr Little initially worked on the Queen Mary and the Queen Elizabeth before running a pub with his wife in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight.
On moving to Boston, he set up his own contract cleaning business before retiring in 2003.
Mr Little was interested in keeping fish and designed and built fishponds in every family home he had. He enjoyed his garden and playing with his grandson, William.
His funeral took place at Boston Crematorium and was officiated by the Rev Charles Sowden. The service was followed by cremation.
Chief family mourners were: Pamela Little (wife), Emma-Jane Dickinson and William Dickinson (daughter and son-in-law), Spencer Little and Claire Barker (son and partner), Jacqueline Gilmour (sister) and Andrew Gilmour (brother-in-law), Nigel Little and Marion (brother and partner), Amy Little (niece), Ray Elliot and Karen (cousin and wife), Ivy Topley (mother-in-law) and many cousins.
