BETTY Whyers (Bet), of Norfolk Street, Boston, has died at Pilgrim Hospital following illness.
She was 79.
Born in Sheffield, she lived in this area for 59 years.
A married woman, she is survived by husband Ken, sons J.W.Whyers and I. Whyers, granddaughter H. Whyers, grandson S.Whyers, great-grandsons B.Dunn and E.Dunn, brother P. Jackson and sister J.Cruise.
During her working life, Mrs Whyers worked at Marks and Spencers, Boston Grammar School, Norprint and Pilgrim Hospital.
She was a member of Boston Bowling Club and Boston Indoor Bowling Club.
Her funeral took place at Boston Crematorium and was followed by cremation. The service was officiated by the Rev Hugh Jones.

Cruse (sister and brother-in-law), Mr A. Adams Jackson, Mr D. Adams Jackson, (nephews), Mr and Mrs M. Whyers (nephew and wife), Mr M. Whyers (great-nephew), Mr and Mrs M. Slater (niece and husband) and Mrs J. Hadwick (niece).
