IRIS Enid Gore, of Carlton Road, Boston, has died peacefully at Pilgrim Hospital, following a long illness.
She was 76.
Born in Dover, she had lived in this area for nine years.
A married woman, she leaves behind husband Arthur, daughter Carol and partner Trevor and daughter Christine and husband Charlie, grandchildren Craig, Emma, Graham and Victoria and great-grandchildren Ewan, Molly and Andrew.
During her working life, Mrs Gore was a pub manageress and club stewardess in the southern counties.
Away from work, she enjoyed knitting and stitchcraft and visiting family. She also liked to watch soaps on TV.
Her funeral took place at Boston Crematorium and was followed by cremation. The service was officiated by the Rev Hugh Jones.
