Pedestrian suffers ‘bump to the head’ in level crossing collision

A woman was taken to Pilgrim Hospital but only suffered a ‘bump to the head’ following a collision on Spalding Road yesterday (Sunday).

A police spokesman said the incident, at the level crossing, took place at 1.54pm and involved the 23-year-old pedestrian from Boston and a Vauxhall Astra.

They added the woman was taken to Pilgrim but only suffered a ‘bump to the head’. Slight damage was caused to the Astra - driven by a female.
