PICTURE UPDATE: Car crashes into front of house in Boston

The owner of the house which was crashed into by a car this morning (Monday), has said they hope to fix it in the next few hours.

The car has now been removed from the scene, and builders, electricians and plumbers have all been to the house on Fishtoft Road.

It is understood the house is a rented property and the tenants had left for work when the incident happened.

Monday, 8.33am – A car has hit the front of a house in Boston.

The crash happened shortly before 5.30am this morning (Monday), on Fishtoft Road. The Citroen C3 left the road and ended up embedded in the front wall.

The driver, a 30-year-old woman from Boston, was shaken but uninjured, said police.

None of the occupants of the house were hurt, added the police spokesman.

A structural engineer will visit the property to assess the damage.

Any witnesses to the collision are asked to call 101, quoting incident number 19 of March 16.
