A RECORD of an inquiry into the impact of population change in Boston is to be published by Boston Borough Council.
Around 200 pages of notes were amassed at the Task and Finish Group meetings which gathered information from police, employers, educators, the press, other councils in Lincolnshire, the MP, council enforcement and health departments and experts on migration and population change.
Inquiry chairman Coun Paul Kenny said: “There is a massive amount of really important evidence to go through and I am determined all of it will be represented. From this we will make recommendations for real change to improve situations in areas we can influence, and some in areas where we have less influence. But I can promise that there will be no ducking the issues as they have been presented to us.”
The council will publish the full record of the inquiry on its website at the end of August.
