Princess Anne is visiting Boston today to officially dedicate the recently-installed Puritan Pathway around the Stump.
She will also view restoration work on the tower and proposed work to restore the Cotton Chapel.
HRH The Princess Royal is set to arrive at 11am
The Puritan Path is the only memorial in the country celebrating the Puritan men and women from the church congregation who left England for the New World in the 1630s.
The thirteen stones are sited along the footpath to the south of the church.
Eleven are carved with the name of the person and the date of sailing.
A twelfth stone is sited by the Cotton Chapel, with a slate insert carved with biographical details of the Rev John Cotton and a verse by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
