CAMPAIGNERS have revealed that a meeting to decide on whether or not to hold a protest march in Boston will be held at the Assembly Rooms on July 2.
The meeting had previously been pencilled in for June 28 but with fears that may clash with a potential Euro 2012 semi final for England the date has been moved to July 2 at 7.30pm.
The people behind last year’s march say they feel a council inquiry - a task and finish group - is achieving little and want to put the idea of a march to a public vote.
Council leader Peter Bedford and task and finish chairman Paul Kenny will be invited, along with police, to make the case not to march.
