A HONEYMOON in Las Vegas followed the wedding of Sarah Cretney and David Cretney, of Douglas, on the Isle of Man.
The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs David Cretney, of Douglas.
The groom is the eldest son of Mr and Mrs Philip Maltby, of Frampton.
The ceremony took place at Kirk Braddan Church, in Douglas.
The bride wore an ivory dress trimmed with hunter green roses, held a bouquet of eryngiums with ribbons of Isle of Man Tartan and was given away by her father.
Her chief bridesmaid was Sammy Draper, who wore a hunter green dress. Her bridesmaids were Julie Cretney (bride’s sister) and Rachel Sayle (bride’s cousin), who wore clover green dresses.
The flower girl was Kate Eggington, who wore an ivory trimmed dress with butterflies.
The best man was Paul Carr, and the ushers were Oliver Maltby (groom’s brother) and Jonathon Maltby (groom’s cousin).
The page boy was Josh White.
The reception was held at the Atrium Water Garden, at the Sefton Hotel, on the Isle of Man.
Both the bride and groom work and met at Ballakermean High School, in Douglas, on the Isle of Man.
The couple have made their home in Douglas..
