Three men charged with Spalding pub landlord assault

Three men have appeared in court accused of assaulting Spalding pub landlord and district councillor Pete Williams.

Tomas Krasulys (33), of Hawthorn Bank, Spalding, and Petras Siksnius (26), of Reams Close, Boston, were sent to Lincoln Crown Court on bail.


Both men are charged with assaulting Mr Williams, causing him actual bodily harm, on March 5.


They are due to appear at the crown court on May 11.


A third man, Povilas Siksnius (26), of Portland Street, Boston, was bailed to a hearing at Boston Magistrates’ Court on April 27.


Povilas Siksnius is accused of attempting to unlawfully and maliciously cause grievous bodily harm to Mr Williams on March 5, jointly with others assaulting Mr Williams causing him actual bodily harm, assaulting Stephanie Williams causing her actual bodily harm and assaulting Mrs Williams by beating her.
