An e-petition has been set up to appeal to central Government for Boston to get its long-awaited bypass.
Created by a Christopher Mountain, the online petition states: “Traffic problems with in the town of Boston, Lincolnshire, have now reached a level where the town is struggling to cope.
“There have been many attempts though local government to draw up a bypass or traffic management scheme. Unfortunately all attempts so far have failed and with the ever-growing population of the local area as well as being the only main route from spalding to skegness.
“It is time to raise this to higher authorities.”
The petition, which currently has 62 signatures, can be signed here.
It will run until March 30, 2015.
