Man killed in Friskney crash is named

The man who lost his life in a collision near Friskney has been named.

Kazys Juknevicius, 54, was driving a grey Renault Laguna when the car came off Small End Road and collided with a tree.

Three passengers, a 20-year-old woman and a man and a woman whose ages are not know, suffered broken bones in the collision, which happened during the afternoon on Tuesday, July 19.

All those travelling in the car were Lithuanian nationals living in the Boston area.

Mr Juknevicius, who was residing at a farm at Lade Bank in Wrangle, was taken to Pilgrim Hospital with serious injuries following the collision, but died several hours later.
