Pedestrian suffers head injury and broken ankle in John Adams Way collision

A 61-year-old man was taken to Pilgrim Hospital with a head injury and broken ankle after a collision on John Adams Way in Boston yesterday.

A blue Fiat Punto collided with the pedestrian at about 1.35am, The man, thought to be from the town, was taken to hospital where his condition is not thought to be life threatening.

The Punto driver, an 18-year-old from Skegness, was not injured.
