UPDATE: Man, 48, injured in Frithville collision

A 48-year-old man, from Boston, was rescued from his car following a collision on Hale Lane, in Frithville, on Friday, it has been confirmed.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue crews from Boston and Leverton were called to the single vehicle collision at 5.18pm.

A spokesman for the force said crews used hydraulic cutting gear to release one casualty.

A police spokesman confirmed this morning that the incident involved a BMW 320.

They said the driver was a 48 year-old Boston man and his injuries aren’t life threatening.
