VIDEO: Pupils lose hair for charity

Two Carlton Road Academy pupils, inspired by their friend, raised money for Children in Need and donated their hair to a cancer charity.

Libbie Mellows and Mackenzie Rivett-Milne, both seven and from Boston, have so far raised £350 and sent their hair to Little Princess Trust, who make wigs for cancer patients.

Their friend Sarah Thornhill was diagnosed with the illness two years ago but is now in remission.

The video above shows some of the action at the school.
