The Standard’s campaign to save the post office in Boston town centre is gathering pace – and we want you to support us.
The Post Office Ltd is proposing to shut the branch on Wide Bargate and move its services to a new location within a retail unit in the town centre.
It is one of 70 stores the company is hoping to relocate, in a cost-cutting meausure intended to address profit-losses.
But we at The Standard think services should remain where they are, and we have started a petition to show that our Post Office has the support of the community.
To join us in our fight, simply visit our epetition, and register your support.
Alternatively, head to our Church Lane office and sign your name in person.
Email email@example.com with your views on the potential closure of the post office.
