Aspiring authors are invited to a free writers’ workshop at Boston Library next week.
Led by writer Christopher Mooney, the session will explore how to research and improve ideas into a format suitable for writing and how to develop plot and storylines.
Alison Wade, team leader at Boston Library, said: “Many people think about writing fiction at some point in their lives, but most just don’t know where to start. Christopher’s workshop will give participants some of the skills they need to get them started and, who knows, maybe we will be lending books in the future that have been written by people who attended the workshop!”
The event takes place on Thursday, December 1, from 3pm to 5pm. Places are strictly limited, so booking is recommended. For more details, ask a member of the library staff, call 01522 782010 or visit www.better.org.uk/venues/bostonlibrary
