Car park fees should be spent on improvements

I HAVE visited Boston for the first time last week and was appalled by the state of the council car park round the back of the old Kwik Save store.

The ground is so pot-marked it looks like the surface of the Moon. It’s damaging to the car to drive over and dangerous to walk on. I would have thought that with the increase in ticket prices, they would have used the money to make some repairs.
