LETTER: We must save the neck tie!

A national magazine recently asked ‘Are neckties for men a thing of the past?’

No, they are not, as far as I am concerned.

I would never leave the house wearing a jacket without a tie.

Yet, as I walk through the town centre, I often realise that I am the only man wearing a tie.

Why this dislike of ties?

Are men finding them too difficult?

I hope there will be others who will join me in a campaign to SAVE THE TIE.
