ADA Booth, of Boston, has died in Pilgrim Hospital following illness. She was 96.

Born in Friskney, she had lived in the area all her life.
The widow of George Booth, who farmed at Wigtoft, she is survived by her sister Gladys Burton, nieces Sue Lilley and Maureen Wigham, and nephews Derek Ingamells, Kelvin Ingamells, Keith Ingamells, Simon Ingamells and Brian Ingamells.

Mrs Booth was a housewife. Her interests included watching snooker, tennis and golf on TV.
The funeral at Swineshead Church, conducted by the Rev Jenny Dumat, was followed by interment.

Arrangements by F. E. Addlesee and Son.
