Mrs Doris May Hubbert

DORIS May Hubbert, of the Minstrels Nursing Home, Boston, has died at home. She was 95.
Born in Spalding, she lived there for a year and spent 94 years based in Boston. For a few years, she moved round several locations with her husband who served in the Royal Air Force.

A widow, she leaves her son Trevor Hubbert, granddaughter Jane
Pascoe, grandson Richard Hubbert, and a sister Joan Keightley.

During her working life, Mrs Hubbert read metres during the war and worked as a shop assistant. She was a housewife for most of her married life.

Mrs Hubbert enjoyed playing bingo.

The funeral, officiated by Father Paul Noble, was held at Boston Crematorium and was followed by cremation.

Chief family mourners were: Trevor and Maureen Hubbert (son and daughter-in-law), Richard Hubbert (grandson), Janette, Kayleigh and Brooke (granddaughter and great-granddaughter) (also representing Jane, Karl, Charlie, Poppy and Isabella Pascoe (grandchildren and great-grandchildren)), Garth and Joyce Hubbert, Joan and Don Lemmard, Martyn and Jane Keightley (also representing Joan Keightley (sister)) (nieces and nephews), Michael and Sandy Goodson, David and Lesley Goodson, Linda and Steve Forman (other family members).

Arrangements by F.E. Addlesee and Son.
