Tuesday, 2.30pm - Residents are vowing to fight for their post offices after three of them were earmarked for closure or down grading.
Brothertoft Road post office and Wrangle Common post office are facing closure.

Gypsey Bridge post office is scheduled to be downgraded to an outreach service.

A seven week consultation period on the proposals will now take place.

Post Office Ltd wants to shut about 2,500 branches nationally, pointing out that more than 80% of the rural network is not profitable and the network loses more than £4m each week.

Residents close to the Brothertoft Road Post office have already set up a campaign and petition to save the service.
