Friday, 10.10am - ADAM Keogh has helped the England A team claim second in the annual Costa Ballena Quadrangular Tournament.
The four-way round robin event, held at Spain's Costa Bellina Golf Club, Andalucia, pits the nation's best amateurs against those from Finland, Germany and the host country.

The three-day event saw each match comprise of three foursomes and six singles.

Adam, a Boston West Golf Club member, claimed three points out of a possible six as England finished second, but they couldn't beat the Germans, who claimed victory with the last putt on the last green.

The England team also spent a week at Arcos Gardens Golf Club, Cadiz, training and practicing.

In March, Adam will be playing in the Spanish International Amateur Championship at La Reserva Golf Club. He has also been selected to represent England in an amateur event in Peru later this year.

Today's Vote

This week: Regarding the planned works at the Geoff Moulder pool do you want to see:
a) The training pool closed and £2.5m spent on the leisure pool?
b) The money split between the two pools so they can both stay open?
