Thursday, 5.15pm -BOSTON Town have added Lewis Blakey and Mike Jeffrey to their ranks.
The pair both put pen to paper with the Poachers on Monday night, with more signings expected soon.

Striker Blakey was scoring the goals with Louth United in the Central Midlands League last season while RAF man Jeffrey, a midfielder, is currently based at Marham, Norfolk.

However, this duo – who have both impressed in pre-season training – are just two of more than 20 players who have signed on with the Poachers for the new campaign.

Influential players such as keeper Bart Griemink, defender Shaun Baker, midfielders Laszlo Lovas, Nathan Collins and Paul Goodhand plus record goalscorer Gary Bull are all on board for this season's United Counties' League charge.

Meanwhile, new face Miles Mason has joined the club with former striker Gary Nimmo expected to turn out for tonight's friendly against Godmanchester.

"If you asked me to name my best 11 I wouldn't like to guess right now," said manager Bob Don-Duncan, who will spend the rest of his side's warm-up matches attempting to answer that very question.

Elsewhere, midfielder Mbiyeye Medine has pledged his immediate future to the club.

He will be leaving to study in Northampton but has agreed to remain at Tattershall Road until then at least.

l TOWN host Godmanchester at Tatttershall Road tonight (KO 7.45pm).
This will be followed by two further home contests.

On Saturday Wisbech Town will visit Tattershall Road (3pm) before Rothwell Town are the guests on Monday (7.45pm).
