United and Town cup draws announced

Wednesday, 3.30pm - BOSTON United and Boston Townn have been pulled out of the hat in today's FA Cup draws.
Boston United will entertain Barwell, Long Eaton United or Loughborough Dynamo in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.

The hoime tie will be played on September 12.

United have also been handed a home draw in the FA Trophy first qualifying round — against Rossendale United or Chorley.

The will be played on Saturday, October 17.

Boston Town will have to get through three away ties if they are to progress in ths year's FA Cup.

The Poachers have to travel to Hinckley Downes in the Extra Preliminary on August 15.

The winners will then be away to Shirebrook Town or Holbeach United in the Prelimiary Round on August 29, with a tie away at Teversal or Bourne Town or Goole up for grabs in the first qualifying round on September 12.

In the FA Vase, Town are at home to Bottesford Town in the second Qualifying Round on September 19.

If they win they will then entertain Calverton MW or Ollerton Town or Barton Town Old Boys in the first round on October 3.
