Ashley is the LAA’s silver sprinter

A COLLECTION of medals at the North of England Championships has become a tradition for the Lincolnshire Athletics Academy.

This year Ashley Sandall claimed silver in the under 15s boys’ 200m.

Five more athletes finished in top six places.

Ashley also managed to finish in fifth place in the under 17s men’s 400m.

Results: Second place - Ashley Sandall U15 boys’ 200m, Fourth place - Michael Craven U20 men’s 3,000m, fifth place - Ashley Sandall U17 men’s 400m, Daniel Patterson U20 men’s 3,000m, sixth place - Rosie Marshall U15 girls’ 800m, Polly Summerfield U15 girls’ high jump, Kaine Walker U17 men’s 200m.
