St Hugh’s dominate primary schools’ cross-country event

Sixty runners contested the first Primary Schools Cross-country races held at Boston and District Athletic Club’s Punchbowl Lane headquarters, The B-Hive, on Saturday morning.

George Nelstrop and Charlotte Would (years five and six), Jenson Fairburn-Wright and Georgiana Hammond (years three and four) and Oliver Clarke and Isabelle Clarke (years one and two) won the individual prizes in their respective age catregories.

All winning runners represented St Hughes, Woodhall Spa.

St Hugh’s also won all of the age group trophies available as they made it a clean sweep.
