Boston CC back to winning ways

Monday, 8.40am - BOSTON Cricket Club's First XI are back to winning ways.

Last week's defeat against Sleaford ended their 100 per cent start to the campaign.

But the Mayflower men were back to their best on Saturday, recording a 15-run victory against Billingborough.

David Sargeant led the Boston batsmen with a score of 54 as they finished on 135-8.

But Billingborough had no answer to the Boston bowlers as they crashed out for 120 runs.

Nic Adams and Scott Elleray both claimed three wickets each.
