Dennis Greene is the new Boston United manager, the Boston Standard can reveal.
The former Histon boss was the favourite to land the job following Jason Lee’s departure earlier this season.
However, Graham Drury impressed in interview and was offered the post.
Greene gained back-to-back promotions with St Neots, winning the UCL Premier and Division One Central.
He then moved to Histon - where he was boss at they lost 6-0 to United earlier this season.
However, he left the club due to financial issues.
His first game in charge will be tomorrow’s clash with Gloucester City.
