Teenagers to Tulips
PILGRIMS youngster Jon Fairweather and Nathan Thompson have joined Spalding Unnited on loan.
The two 18-year-olds will turn out for the Tulips in the UniBond South.
United boss Steve Welsh said: "Jon and Nathan both need to get competitive UniBond football under their belts and joining Spalding allows them to do this.
"They will be given the opportunity to work with an experienced manager in Alan Biley and we will monitor their progress closely."
Fairweather has made four first team appearances for the Pilgrims this season, while Thompson has appeared as a substitute on two occasions.
