Boston Indoor Bowls Club’s Egham Trophy team are looking to book their place in the quarter-finals of the national competition on Sunday.

The mixed team face Nottinghamshire’s South Forest on Sunday in the last 16.

In The Mill Inn Division One, leaders Eastenders dropped two points against Jolly Farmers and Holland Fen closed the gap with a routine 6-0 win over Halfpints.

Carlton Road beat Invaders 6-0, IBC beat Freelanders 6-0 and Royal Mail won 4-2 against Kirton Town.

T&B Containers Division Two leaders Punchbowlers bagged a comfortable six points against Norprint but dropped two against bottom side Boston Park.

Second-placed Strollers lost 6-0 to Amateurs, Swineshead won 5-1 against Golfers, Parthians beat Crowns 6-0, Norprint won 4-2 against Feathers and Patriarchs beat Breakaways 4-2.

The Cammacks Furniture Division Three saw Central lost 4-2 to Poachers, Autos go down 5-1 to Traders, Sibsey lose 4-2 to Fairways, Hotspurs win 4-2 against Shipmates, Vikings beat BBC 6-0 and Burtons beat Highflyers 6-0.
