The Boston and District Saturday Football League are on the lookout for individuals who would like to take up refereeing.
The league are welcoming both men and women to apply, provided that they are over 16 years of age.
A minimum of 10 people are required for a Basic Referee Course to be held in Boston, and the league is looking for more officials due to an increase in the number of teams for next season.
The league will re-imburse the affiliation fee for the first season if a referee, upon qualifying, commits to refereeing in the Boston and District Saturday Football League.
Also, a referee receives a match fee and travel expenses for each match at which they officiate.
The league anticipates that unless there is an uptake then there is a likelihood that a significant number of matches will not be covered by a referee next season.
