BOSTON SATURDAY LEAGUE: Kirton Town continue their improved run

Kirton Town’s improved run of form continued with a 2-1 away win at Old Leake in the Taylors Garages Premier Division.

Town held a 1-0 half-time lead before Old Leake levelled in the second half when Adam Tempest scored.

The game appeared to be heading for a draw as it entered the closing stages, but Town conjured up a dramatic late winner to seal victory.

Fishtoft came from behind to take maximum points against Wyberton Reserves.

Nicky Syndercombe put Wyberton ahead but Jamie Skinner and Jordan Lote turned the game around.

Mareham United went down 4-0 to Skegness Town Reserves.

In the Taylors Peugeot Division One, Fosdyke’s revival continued when they held the leaders Swineshead Reserves to a 2-2 draw.

Joe Bradbury and Dan Sansam netted for Fodyke.

There was a draw at Sutterton where Old Doningtonians held their opponents to a 3-3 stalemate. Old Dons held a slender 1-0 lead at the break but Sutterton hit back in the second to end up with a point following goals from Reece Fletcher Lovelace, Mark Lovelace and Jason Allen.

Rippingale & Folkingham and Sleaford Colts drew 2-2.

There were plenty of goals at AFC Tetford where Leverton came away with an 8-3 victory in the Taylors Ford Division Two.

Striker Andy Brown hit a hat-trick while Joe Daubney and Alex Tilley grabbed two goals apiece. Nathan Rippin hit the other goal.

Billinghay Athletic Reserves continue to struggle at the bottom of the table following a 5-1 defeat by Boston College. The College goals came from Nathan Rivett (two), Sheridan Goodhand, Jamie Dawson and Nicky Dawson.

Holbeach Bank were thumped 11-0 by a rampant Swineshead A.

Charlie Eccott and George Bakes boosted their own individual tallies as Eccott claimed five and Bakes four as they romped home.

Luis Ferreira and Dan Ryecraft struck the other Swineshead goals.

Kirton Town Reserves earned a 4-0 victory over Spalding Harriers with goals from Robbie Sansam, Darren Elding, Alex Cammack and Richard Borrill.

Sibsey’s ace marksman Shane Brackenbury hit a hat-trick in his side’s 5-1 home win against Coningsby Reserves.

Recent signing Lewis Leary struck the other two goals for Sibsey.

FC Kirton came out on top of their seven-goal thriller at Westside Rangers.

Rangers were leading 2-0 thanks to goals from James Leafe and Jon East before the Kirton side hit two goals to level the scores.

Again Westide took the lead but FC Kirton were not to be denied and another two-goal reply finally sunk the home side.

In the Taylors Vauxhall Division Three, Friskney Reserves and Pointon A drew 1-1.

Park United put Benington Reserves to the sword with a 6-1 home win.

Karoli Andriulionis netted for Benington but the matchwinners were Alex Limb (two), Ben Liu (two), Craig Mountain and Josh Stanley.

Boston Athletic lost 6-2 to Fishtoft Reserves following goals from Jack Hill (two), Tom Hill (two), Joe Taylor and Wade Braddley.

Liam Nimmo and Brandon Norman both scored two goals apiece in Railway Athletic’s 4-3 home win against Tetford Reserves.

FC Boston continue to struggle at the foot of the table following a nightmare 10-0 defeat against Rippingale & Folkingham Reserves.
