Skegness Town Reserves produced a disappointing performance in their final Taylors Garages Premier League match of the season when they entertained Heckington Millers last Saturday.

Town went down with a whimper as Heckington returned home with maximum points following a 3-0 away win.

In the Taylors Ford Division One, Freiston’s home encounter with Woodhall Spa United failed to go ahead.

Woodhall did try to get the game played during midweek because of their expected exodus of players to the village cricket team at the weekend.

Unfortunately, the two sides failed to reach agreement on a date so the three points will be expected to be awarded to Freiston.

Railway Athletic completed their highly successful Taylors Peugeot Division Two season in style with a 7-0 away win at Park United in a midweek match.

Curtis Yeatman struck four of his side’s goals while Luke Wilson, Jak Stephenson and Danny Woods also got the on the score-sheet.

Last week’s management committee meeting saw some final issues resolved regarding outstanding fixtures.

Railway Athletic and Coningsby Reserves were both awarded the three points for Holbeach Bank’s inability to raise enough players for their matches on April 28 and May 7 respectively.

The 6-1 scoreline, which FC Kirton had built up in their away match at Sibsey before it was abandoned towards the end of the game, was allowed to stand.
